Anonymous of December 14, I know you are speaking the truth indeed. This cycle that is about "doing diversity" is a primary tool in maintaining the status quo. As time goes on, I have a more and more horrid taste in my mouth when I am amongst such "doing" of diversity. I'm done with it....only interested in real, whole-systems rootwork!
